WEEDDARResearch receipt

What didn't make it, and why.

Signal 007 gained direct evidence and also exposed structural uncertainty. The receipt keeps both visible: better current prices, explicit promotion flags, unresolved location-level census work, and chemistry that stops where the batch evidence stops.

Held

Useful current evidence that is not safe to publish as an ordinary price or a batch-level claim yet.

Thrown out

Records removed because store, product, geography or evidence linkage failed.

Current evidence registry

This is deliberately not a market census. It describes the evidence that survived this refresh while the Monroe County denominator is rebuilt.

What gets checked next

The shortest path to a stronger next signal:

    Why the denominator is paused

The September 7 build used a 15-store working denominator. A later automated structural pass proposed 25, but repeated location and license conflicts appeared — including duplicate or misassigned multi-store operators and license numbers attached to the wrong business or branch.

Signal 007 therefore does not choose the more convenient number. The market-wide gate remains closed while the census is rebuilt from authoritative location-level evidence. The price rows do not need a denominator to remain useful; a market-wide superlative does.

    Chemistry receipt

Three current menu totals: Bison Botanics White Widow 1.28%, Cherry Pie 1.68%, Tropicana 1.32% — all at Misfits.

Zero current batch-linked COAs. No product in this sweep has a captured physical-package lot/batch identifier linked to the QR-supplied laboratory report and matching COA sample/batch identifier.

The empty laboratory fields are intentional. Read the package-first COA rule.
